"I joined a gym about 7 years ago just to get in shape and feel good about myself. Shortly after, I saw a fitness show on TV for the first time and was completely amazed with how the girls looked, what they could do and just the total package. It's been a dream ever since."
"I just didn't how to get myself started. So, last summer(2001), I started taking gymnastics and things snowballed from there. With help from my friends at the gym, Karl Nordin from Body Active's advice on nutrition/training, Nadine Brown's choreography and just everyone elses support I finally did it. I'll never forget it."
"April 13th, 2002 was my first show and what a success! I'm hooked and can't wait to compete again. It's more fun than I ever imagined and such a personal victory for me. A lot of hard work and determination pays off!"
