A Word from Michael:
For years, I have always been active in many sports. I started bodybuilding due
to having to increase my size for university football. After many hours in the
gym, I decided to compete. Ever since then, I fell in love with body building
and continue to increase my knowledge on the sport through research, different
diets and new workouts.
This year, it was a great experience to have my fiancée, Allison, beside me and
to be able to show someone else the greatness of the sport and have her succeed
to her potential. A special thanks to Karl and Larry for their many talks to
help me along the way.
