A Word from Dwayne:
"I first got started into bodybuilding in Lahr, Germany when I was 18 while I was finishing my high school. Back then I weighed in at 150 lbs. The small guy!"
"Once I moved back to Canada, down in Kingston N.S., I continued training until I met a gentleman by the name of Larry Lee. From there that's when I took the sport serious, plus it didn't hurt having Larry pushing me. I think there are a few guys out there that know what I'm talking about - Karl Nordin, Martin & Bloyce Brooks, etc."
"I think most of us in the sport call him the grandfather of bodybuilding in Nova Scotia. The one thing Larry taught me was to have fun and do the sport for yourself."
"From there I started training with Duane and Darnell who pushed me even more with putting size on and increasing my strength."
"My future plans are to train and compete in 2003 as a light-heavyweight at the Nova Scotia Provincial Championships. Thanks to all the people that helped me get where I am today."
