A Word from Darren:
"I had been training for years with no real set goal in mind other than getting and staying in shape. I was always fairly lean growing up and unable to really put on a lot of weight. Once I hit my 20s my metabolism started to adjust and I found that I was putting on weight (most good, some not :) easier than before."
"I started seeing greater improvements once I moved to the small town of Bridgewater and had a lot more time to focus on training.
