The NSABBA weight classes for bodybuilding and fitness competitions usually comply with the regulations set by the IFBB. However, we reserve the right to adjust classes (to ensure fairness) in the event that competitor numbers are low. Senior Men's
* Welterweight was added to the NSABBA class list in 2001. ** Light-middleweight was added to the NSABBA class list in 2004 (prior to this, the maximum weight for Middleweight was 176lbs. Junior Men's
