2010 Provincial Bodybuilding & Fitness Championships
There are 3 steps to follow in order to compete in the Provincial Championships
which must be followed in order:

Please note that tickets don't usually go onsale until roughly 1 month before the show!

* Competitors must report to the backstage area of the Rebecca Cohn 1/2 hour before both the
pre-judging and the finals.
A chiropractor and/or massage therapist may be backstage for both the pre-judging and the finals.
If available, please use them to your advantage - that is what they are there for.
A photographer will be available to take your contest photos. Fill in the form included
in your package (or printable version above) and send to photographer or hand form in at weigh-in.

Weigh-in And Competitors Briefing
April 9, 2010 @ 6:00 pm

* All Competitors must be in the weigh-in room at 6:00pm for the competitors' briefing.
This will be a class by class weigh-in. All competitors must remain for the entire weigh-in
and ALL competitors (with NO exceptions) must weigh-in Friday evening.
Please make sure you bring the following with you to the weigh-in:
1. NSABBA Membership Card
2. NS Health Card
3. Posing Suit(s) must be worn for Head Judge's approval
a) Fitness - All suits and shoes must be present
b) Figure - Black suit must be worn; other suits, shoes and props must be present
4. Ball-point pen
5. Proof of Address (driver's license, etc.)
6. CD of your posing music. No iPod or MP3 format - CD Audio only!
7. Late Entry Fee (if not pre-registered)

Special Room Rate available to NSABBA participants.
Room rate is $115.00 per night
* Group rates are for single or double occupancy. Each additional adult in the same room is an extra $20.00.
* All rates are subject to applicable taxes (2% Marketing Levy & 13% HST).
* Parking is available for $20.00 including tax per night for registered guests.
* There is no charge levied on local phone calls, 1-800 and calling card access.
* High speed internet is complimentary in all guest rooms.
Reservations required. There are a limited number of rooms available.
When making reservations, please inform the hotel that you are part of the
NS BodyBuilding Championships. You may be required to show your NSABBA
membership card.

For delegates to make their reservations on line, simply visit our website at
www.lordnelsonhotel.com and select “Make A Group Reservation”
under the Rates and Reservation Section. The Group ID number is 19750 and password is 37010016.
Reservations will be accepted until the room release date of Friday, March 12, 2010.
